Founded by Jameca Atkinson-Palmer, a seasoned leader with over 20 years of manufacturing experience, diHersity.us was born out of a passion for creating a community where women in manufacturing could thrive, connect, and advocate for themselves and each other. As a Six Sigma Blackbelt and a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Jameca brings a wealth of expertise and an unwavering commitment to empowering others to lead with confidence and excellence.
